Seller and acceptance

Business Advisor AI is provided by GB Global. Your agreement to use the service is with GB Global. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and, if acting for a business, have authority to bind it.

The service and your account

The service provides business profiles, financial tracking, AI conversations, health assessments, goals and action plans, subject to your selected plan. You must provide accurate account information, keep it updated and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Informational guidance only

Business Advisor AI provides AI-generated business guidance. It is not professional financial, legal, tax or accounting advice, and no business outcome or return is guaranteed.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for your prompts, having the rights to all information you submit, checking outputs and deciding how to use them. Verify important facts, calculations and estimates before acting, and seek qualified professional advice for regulated decisions. The app never spends money or executes business decisions on your behalf.

Accuracy

AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your circumstances. Guidance depends on the information you supply. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure or error-free performance, or that any recommendation will produce a particular outcome.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, intellectual property infringement or harassment. Do not submit or generate illegal content, hateful content, deceptive deepfakes or malware. Do not interfere with security through unauthorised probing, scraping, malicious code or attempts to bypass safeguards, usage limits or content restrictions, including jailbreaking the AI.

Intellectual property and your content

GB Global retains ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan. You may not resell the service, copy its protected materials or circumvent its technical restrictions.

You retain your rights in the content you submit. You grant GB Global and its service providers permission to host and process that content only as needed to provide and protect the service. As between you and GB Global, you may use AI outputs to the extent permitted by law and third-party rights; outputs may not be unique, copyrightable or free of third-party claims.

Rights holders can report disputed content through the hosting provider's intellectual property complaint process, identifying the content, the rights claimed and the relevant service URL. We may remove or restrict disputed content, filter or refuse outputs and suspend access for repeated or serious infringement or other policy violations.

Plans, payments and billing

Free access includes five CEO messages in total, with no time-based trial. Paid plans are billed monthly in Indian rupees at the price shown on the Pricing page and at checkout. Usage and feature limits depend on your plan. Recurring subscriptions renew each month unless cancelled, and applicable taxes and the final total are shown at checkout.

GB Global is the seller for all orders. Payments are collected through our payment processor Razorpay (UPI, cards and net banking). Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.

You can cancel any time from Plans and billing; access continues until the end of the paid month. For billing questions, contact GB Global through the account you signed up with.

Cancellation, plan changes and refunds

You can cancel through Plans and billing. Cancellation stops future renewal; paid access continues until the end of the paid billing period. Plan upgrades or downgrades apply immediately with a proportional charge or credit for the remaining days, as shown during the change. Deleting your account does not itself cancel billing: cancel your subscription before deleting the account.

Refunds follow our Refund Policy, . Your statutory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access for a material breach, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where appropriate and safe, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. You may stop using the service at any time and use Account settings to export or delete your saved data, subject to applicable retention obligations.

Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. We may update these terms and will communicate material changes through the service where appropriate. Continuing to use the service after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance, to the extent permitted by law.
